One plan, billed once a year in packs of 5 seats. Seats are reassignable for the whole term — when someone moves on, the next person takes their seat at no extra cost.
One pack covers 5 active members for 12 months. Need more people? Add another pack any time — it’s co-termed to the same renewal date. 7-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you’re not charged.

Each workspace gets 7 free days. When the owner subscribes, the card is charged for one 5-seat pack and renews once a year. Add packs from the billing page when you need more seats.
The seat cap is packs × 5. Remove or deactivate a member and the seat frees immediately — invite a replacement any time in the term with no extra charge.
Card and PayPal, processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles VAT and sales tax where it applies and appears on your statement.

Questions
- What if my team grows past the pack?
- Add another 5-seat pack from the billing page. It's prorated to your existing renewal date so everything renews together.
- What if someone leaves mid-term?
- Remove them from Settings and the seat frees at once. Assign it to the next person whenever you like — no charge, no proration.
- Can I have more than one workspace?
- Yes. Each workspace has its own subscription so you can keep clients or business units apart.
- What happens if payment fails?
- You keep access during a short grace period while Lemon Squeezy retries the card. Update the card from the billing page to clear it.
- Do you offer refunds?
- See the Refund Policy. In short: the free trial is there so you can evaluate risk-free, and we review refund requests within 14 days of a charge case by case.
- Is my data locked in?
- No. Export everything to CSV or PDF at any time, including during the trial and after cancelling.
Prices are exclusive of any VAT or sales tax, which Lemon Squeezy adds at checkout where required. Pricing may change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
